As we say often, staff are without doubt our greatest asset and this is a great way for stakeholders to flag up positive experiences they have had so that we can pass on feedback. All too often our in-house heroes pass below the radar or those small everyday contributions that have such a big impact go unrewarded. Through your participation in this initiative, together we can help make someone's day, share outstanding practice and recognise the difference our team members make."

YEAT Thank You Initiative
We would like to introduce the YEAT Thank You Initiative as a way to recognise and celebrate the outstanding service provided by members of Team YEAT.
Why are we introducing the Thank You Initiative?
The Thank You Initiative will provide a channel through which Team YEAT members, parents and other supporters in the community can inform the Chair of Trustees and CEO of the outstanding service they have received in their dealings with Team YEAT.
What happens next?
All messages will be read by the Chair of Trustees and/or CEO and a congratulatory postcard, designed by YEAT pupils, will be sent to the nominated member of Team YEAT thanking them for their contribution.
